SignWorks is seeking a versatile and driven Project Coordinator to join our team. This role blends hands‑on production skills with customer service, project management, and estimating. The right person will confidently guide projects from intake through delivery, coordinate across departments and vendors, and step in to assist with production and installs as needed.

to understand their needs and offer signage solutions Coordinate job timelines, materials, production, and installation schedules Conduct site surveys and assist with permit documentation Interface with suppliers and subcontractors when needed Assist in the shop with vinyl cutting, printing, assembly, and simple installs Maintain accurate project records and support continuous improvement initiatives 5+ years of experience in signage, project coordination, or sales ~ Knowledge of sign production processes, substrates, and installation practices ~ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software ~ Ability to read and interpret design proofs and production drawings ~ Valid Class 5 driver’s license; comfortable with occasional travel or site work ~ Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Familiarity with Corebridge or other sign shop management software Experience coordinating outsourced fabrication or installs #
