Job Title: Desktop Performance Analyst Analyze Windows 11 workstations experiencing inconsistent or degraded performance. Compare machines and configurations to identify why one endpoint may perform better or worse than another. Perform hands-on troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of endpoint performance issues.

Investigate potential issues related to user profiles, Windows 10/11 upgrades, software installations, configuration, imaging, and hardware. Determine whether issues can be resolved through configuration/software remediation or require re-imaging. Test and validate findings rather than relying on assumptions or anecdotal feedback.

Document findings and present clear, factual recommendations to the technical team. Potentially assist with related endpoint, SharePoint, or data-centre decommission activities as needed. Strong hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 environments.

Senior-level desktop support / Tier 2-3 troubleshooting background. Strong understanding of Windows profiles, imaging/re-imaging, OS upgrades, software installations, and endpoint configuration. Comfortable physically working with and testing endpoint devices onsite.

Strong analytical mindset — able to gather evidence, compare results, and draw empirical conclusions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical findings.

Experience with workstation upgrades, deployments, imaging, or migration projects would be particularly valuable.
