Conduct periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.

Inspect vehicles for body damage and dispatching vehicles to the Body Shop where necessary. Manage the inventory levels of cleaning supplies. Provide support, supervision and overall leadership to the dealership’s detailers.

Develop and maintain a culture that values excellent customer service through effective training, supervision, coaching and performance management.



Utilize systems and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions. Review and implement Service Centre policies and procedures that improve the customer experience through high quality repairs and building customer relationships.

High School

Diploma or GED is required. A minimum of 2 years of detailing experience in the automotive industry is required.

Experience in detailing vehicles using professional chemicals. Strong computer and leadership skills. Must be willing to be flexible with work schedules. Job Type: Full Time - Permanent Compensation (expected flat hourly rate): $20.00 - $22.00 per hour under our skilled trades flat-rate (piece work) compensation plan.
