Life is looking to hire a Cloud Operations Developer to join our IT Infrastructure & Operations team.

The listed salary range serves as a general pay guideline for this position's pay level.

Designing, building, and maintaining automated runbooks and self-healing capabilities for cloud-native applications and shared enterprise services.

Implementing and managing advanced monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions for cloud-native systems and modernized batch workloads, ensuring application observability integration.

Automating the deployment and scaling of cloud SFTP services (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, AODOCS) and enterprise network file shares/storage solutions.

Providing Level 2/3 production support and incident management for cloud infrastructure and cloud-managed platforms, acting as incident champion for infra-related outages.

Shifting operational focus from reactive firefighting to proactive issue prevention and performance optimization.

5+ years work experience in application design, application development or quality assurance methodologies

Ability to learn new technology, including infrastructure and configuration as code.

Experience with cloud-native monitoring, alerting, and workflow orchestration tools.

Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles for operational excellence.

Redpanda/Kafka) deployment and management is a plus.
