As a key member of the Fund Development team, the Fund Development Coordinator plays a critical role in cultivating sponsor and donor relationships that fund our mission. Reporting to the Director, Development, this position supports fundraising activities, donor stewardship, proposal development, and sponsorship fulfillment. You’ll help bring our programs to life by ensuring supporters feel valued and engaged — from personalized thank-you letters to donor reports, event support, and recognition initiatives.

You will also contribute to our scholarship program and assist in shaping donor communication strategies that align with 4-H Alberta’s values and goals. Every day, your work helps develop tomorrow’s leaders and strengthens communities across Alberta.
