This role collaborates closely with engineering, tooling, and production teams to ensure castings meet dimensional, metallurgical, and quality standards.

College diploma in Manufacturing Engineering Technician/Technologist or related field Minimum 2 years ’ experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or foundry operations Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality tools Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).

Experience with Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Control Plans, and basic defect analysis Proficiency with MS Office or equivalent Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications Works independently with minimal supervision Comfortable in both office and plant‑floor environments We conduct a criminal Record Check on all new hires We conduct a Government Controlled Goods Program (CGP) Check on all recent hires; must be able to give 3 references to help verify your identity Monday to Friday , with occasional overtime as required. Potential for future afternoon‑shift coverage based on business needs.
