The Product

Owner is responsible for supporting execution of the New Product Setup (NPS) roadmap by managing backlog readiness, coordinating sprint activities, and ensuring business needs are translated into delivery outcomes. Support sprint execution by refining work items and coordinating with development teams Write user stories and obtain confirmation from process owner before work is finalized for development Coordinate testing activities, including UAT planning, issue tracking, and feedback consolidation Support release readiness and production deployment activities Partner with requirements and process resources to validate story readiness before development begins Help ensure work entering development is sufficiently defined, prioritized, and aligned to business need Use SQL as needed to support analysis, validation, or investigation of business and system data Collaborate cross-functionally with business, process,



and technical teams to support delivery objectives ~ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field ~5+ years’ experience serving as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar delivery role in an Agile environment ~3+ years’ experience supporting agile delivery, sprint execution, testing, and release coordination ~ Working knowledge of SQL ~ Experience supporting enterprise workflow, product setup, or business process transformation initiatives preferred ~ Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Secure PO/PM, or equivalent certification preferred UAT coordination and defect tracking Release readiness and deployment support Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams Significant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
