AOT Technologies is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions for enterprise and government clients. Under the SLED360 umbrella, we deliver products and services tailored to the unique needs of state and local governments and the education sector, from contemporary case management to digital services. As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will design, build, and maintain software applications for AOT’s clients and internal product teams. You will write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code while ensuring applications are scalable, secure, and aligned with architectural best practices.

Provide solution architecture and technical leadership for web applications, APIs, integrations,



and data pipelines. Develop modern front-end applications using React, Vue.js, or Angular. Build backend services and APIs using Node.js and/or Python.

Create architecture diagrams, technical designs, and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs). Collaborate with architects, developers, DevOps, security, and business stakeholders. You bring a security-first mindset, strong architectural instincts, and a genuine desire to mentor others and improve the teams around you. 6–8+ years of software development experience. ~ Develop code-first ETLs using Python based tools like Prefect or Dagster or similar tools. ~ Front-end expertise with React, Vue.js, or Angular . ~ Backend development experience with Node.js and/or Python . ~ Design and deploy solutions on Public or Private clouds . ~ Strong experience with APIs, microservices, integrations, databases, and cloud-native applications. ~ Experience with CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and DevOps practices.

Data Engineering/ETL experience using Prefect.
