Nuchals and related sub-specialties Clear opportunities to grow into new roles and higher levels within the organization Long-term stability — many technologists build multi-year careers with Mayfair For new graduates, this also means: A supported transition from student to practicing technologist Built-in mentorship and a learning-focused environment Early exposure to consistent community patient imaging to build confidence and efficiency The opportunity We are hiring new and upcoming graduate Diagnostic Medical Sonographers who are completing or have recently completed an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program and are preparing to write, or have recently written, their Sonography Canada exams New graduates will begin scanning in general ultrasound, with structured retraining into additional specialties aligned to Mayfair’s protocols and clinical standards as they progress Key responsibilities Perform general ultrasound examinations in accordance with clinical protocols and standards of practice Ensure diagnostic image quality, patient safety, and professional standards Apply foundational clinical judgment to optimize imaging and differentiate findings Work collaboratively with Radiologists and clinic teams to support efficient workflow Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program recognized by Sonography Canada Eligible for or holding Sonography Canada and ACMDTT credentials Strong foundational scanning skills and commitment to patient centered care Effective communication, time management, and teamwork skills About Mayfair Diagnostics Mayfair Diagnostics is a radiologist-owned organization with more than 100 years of history delivering specialized medical imaging services.
