Our client in Regina is looking for aDigital Health Services Coordinator(Digital Health, Digital Transformation)

Must Have Primary Skills :

- Experience withMicrosoft suite and/or SharePoint

- Experience in ProjectCoordination/Management

- Bachelor’s Degree inBusiness Administration, Commerce, or a related field is considered an asset

- Certifications in ChangeManagement, PMI, and/or business analysis is considered an asset

- Strong interpersonalskills with experience working, influencing, and communicating effectively(both verbal and written) with all levels within a large complex organization

- Solid facilitation skills with experience effectively facilitating workshops, gatheringrequirements, and presenting findings

- Knowledge of informationmanagement and information technology.

- Strong ability toseamlessly translate between business/stakeholder groups and technical/ITgroups

- Knowledge of informationmanagement and information technology.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

Knowledge of and experiencewith the Health care system is an asset

Proven Experience In :





- Digital Health Services Coordinator(Digital Health, Digital Transformation)

- Delivering servicemanagement - operational coordination and monitoring after initiativeimplementation, monitor KPIs and performance metrics, stakeholder engagement,service quality, and continuous improvement of digital health services

- Coordinating enhancementof existing projects for long term transformation

- Offering dedicatedleadership qualities that can ensure digital initiatives are sequenced andaligned with provincial objectives

- Supportingfacilitation of stakeholder engagement, consensus building, project management,and coordination across the system.

- Ensuring changemanagement, implementation monitoring, reporting, issue resolution, deliverytracking, and benefits realization.

- Acting as a centralizedresource to provide alignment and oversight across projects.
