Resolve Sleep is transforming sleep health across Canada through innovative clinical care, digital health solutions, and eCommerce services. We are seeking a highly analytical, growth-focused Performance Marketing Specialist to help accelerate patient acquisition, online revenue, and digital conversion performance across our national network of sleep clinics and eCommerce businesses. This role combines paid media execution, demand generation, conversion rate optimization, website performance, and data-driven decision-making to drive measurable business growth.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing advertising campaigns, analyzing funnel performance, optimizing landing pages, and identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey. Plan, launch, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Display, Demand Gen, and other digital channels. Develop local and regional marketing strategies aligned with clinic capacity and growth objectives.

Continuously monitor campaign performance and make proactive optimizations. Develop recommendations that improve appointment bookings, lead quality, online purchases, and overall website engagement and revenue. Provide weekly and monthly performance reporting, insights, and recommendations.

Support product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and customer acquisition initiatives with the planning and executing paid media strategies across: Google Search, Shopping, PMax, Meta, YouTube and emerging acquisition channels. Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to scale profitable growth. Partner with the SEO & Organic Growth Specialist to manage and develop content, improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates across clinic and eCommerce websites.

Utilize heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis, and web analytics to identify areas of friction and opportunities for improvement.



Monitor page-level performance and user behaviour using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, and related platforms. Partner with development resources to implement website enhancements that improve user experience and conversion performance.

Identify opportunities to improve site architecture, page speed, content structure, and conversion pathways. Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to support testing, personalization, and marketing efficiency. Partner with the Marketing Automation Specialist on remarketing, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle campaigns.

Collaborate with Intake, Operations, and Clinic Leaders to understand business needs and support clinic growth objectives. Participate in strategic planning and provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, Communications, Commerce, or a related field. ~5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or demand generation. ~ Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, SEO, conversion optimization, and digital analytics/tracking. ~ Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics. ~ Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations. ~ Strong communication and project management skills.

Experience with conversion rate optimization platforms such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Unbounce, VWO, or similar tools. Familiarity with healthcare, wellness, retail, or multi-location marketing environments. Understanding of SEO best practices and organic search strategy.

Experience leveraging AI tools for marketing optimization and workflow efficiencies. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify is an asset.
