We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives on data, optimization, and customer acquisition. In this role, you’ll help drive the growth of FlightHub’s hotel, and vacation package business by executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Email Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing. You will work closely with the product team to improve customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention while making data-driven decisions that directly impact revenue.

Support SEO initiatives through keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO improvements. Create, execute,



and optimize email marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement, conversions, and retention. Grow and manage affiliate partnerships, monitoring performance and identifying recent opportunities with key affiliates and content creators.

Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools to identify optimization opportunities. Monitor marketing KPIs, support A/B testing, and ensure accurate campaign tracking. Collaborate with Product and Commercial to drive continuous marketing improvements.

Marketing campaigns consistently achieve acquisition, conversion, and ROAS targets. Email and affiliate programs deliver measurable revenue and customer engagement. Data-driven insights lead to continuous optimization across all marketing channels.

Marketing performance is proactively monitored, with opportunities and issues identified quickly. #
