The Press

Operator efficiently operates, calibrates and maintains an Indigo HP 200K & HP 25K to ensure excellent quality, machine uptime and that customer expectations are exceeded. Efficiently sets up machine to maximize uptime & loads rolls of material onto press Regularly calibrates press via color calibration to ensure excellent print quality Confirms job specifications based on job ticket prior to printing Monitors print quality while machine is in production Opens service calls with HP Technical Team as necessary Inputs production, consumption,



and waste data into Microsoft NAV (ERP) Supplies printed rolls of film (PE, BOPP, PET etc.) Responsible for machine upkeep, cleanliness and maintenance with Lead Operator or HP Technical Support team’s assistance. 1+ years of experience in digital printing - HP Indigo presses ( HP 20000 & 25000 preferred) ~ Mechanical & mathematical skills required - Ability to read a ruler ~ Computer literacy - complete production related documentation on both computer & paper forms Dental; Life, ADD, Disability
