Qualifications

- Must be in agreement with the doctrinal statements of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College.
- One (1) year at Charis Bible College is preferred.
- Must have a background in IT and Marketing.
- Must have positive communication skills and work well with other people.
- Must have an understanding of web based languages, and the ability to edit existing websites, or build them from scratch.
- Must have experience using Customer Relations Management (CRM) system, Active Campaign preferred.
- Must have WordPress experience.
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident.

Line Of Authority

- The Andrew Wommack Ministries Canada Web Developer will oversee all web creation for the AWMC location and Charis Bible College campuses in their nation.
- The Andrew Wommack Ministries Canada Web Developer will provide oversight to the AWMC Director in respect to web development for the AWMC location and Charis campuses.

Line Of Accountability

- The Andrew Wommack Ministries Canada Web Developer will report to the Andrew Wommack Ministries Canada Director who will report to the World Outreach Regional Director, and ultimately to World Outreach.
- The Andrew Wommack Ministries Canada Web Developer will be subject to all policies and procedures established by World Outreach.

General Purpose

- The Andrew Wommack Ministries Canada Web Developer will ensure the security, functionality, and seamless performance of our digital platforms, including our main website, online store, and donation systems.

Duties General





- The Andrew Wommack Ministries Canada Web Developer will manage and implement IT-related updates on the website, including plugin updates, domain and SSL maintenance, and backups.
- The Andrew Wommack Ministries Canada Web Developer will ensure GiveCloud platform is functioning smoothly.
- The Andrew Wommack Ministries Canada Web Developer will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting online forms, store performance, and user experience.
- The Andrew Wommack Ministries Canada Web Developer will implement and monitor data security protocols, collaborating with leadership to stay compliant with user data policies.
- The Andrew Wommack Ministries Canada Web Developer will maintain e-commerce product listings and ensure the online store reflects accurate, updated offerings and promotions.
- The Andrew Wommack Ministries Canada Web Developer will coordinate with external vendors as needed for advanced troubleshooting or platform enhancements.
- The Andrew Wommack Ministries Canada Web Developer will provide documentation of technical processes and maintain a schedule of system reviews.

Duties Specific





- The Andrew Wommack Ministries Canada Web Developer will work with their line of accountability to develop and maintain websites for each Charis and AWMC locations within their nation.
- The Andrew Wommack Ministries Canada Web Developer will work within their line of accountability to innovate new ideas for web development for each location.
- The Andrew Wommack Ministries Canada Web Developer will adhere to all policies and procedures established by World Outreach (i.e. branding, artwork, etc.) concerning web design and development.
- The Andrew Wommack Ministries Canada Web Developer will communicate clearly and timely with their line of accountability concerning progress within their nation for each location.

Guidelines / Expectations

- Andrew Wommack Ministries Canada Web Developers will conduct themselves according to the guidelines of the ministry. They will be held to the standards outlined in the employee “Code of Conduct” portion of the directives. They will maintain a professional relationship with each of the people they oversee while operating within the scope of their positions.
