Lead the thrilling QYC Fun Factory as a Team Leader on the East side of Owen Sound. If you love dinosaurs and engaging with children, this full time role is for you. QYC Fun Factory is expanding and seeking an enthusiastic professional to manage operations and create an exceptional experience for all guests.

This position requires strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of fun dino facts to inspire young visitors. You will work flexible hours, including weekends and early evenings. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and register guests as they arrive
- Host memorable parties and activities
- Engage with guests throughout their stay
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Effectively manage a small team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

- Customer service experience in hospitality or similar fields
- Must be at least 18 years old
- First Aid Certificate and Food Hygiene Certification required
- Proven interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
- Physical stamina for long periods of standing
