Lead innovative directional drilling projects with Halliburton in Nisku, Alberta. As a Directional Drilling Supervisor, you will manage well path projections and support drilling performance. In this full time role, you will provide on-site supervision of the Directional Drilling process while ensuring precise BHA assembly and adherence to client specifications.

You will collaborate with the MWD engineer and maintain records of all drilling equipment while participating in performance improvement initiatives. This position requires two years of relevant field experience in Directional Drilling or related disciplines. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise directional drilling processes and well path projections
- Ensure proper assembly and handling of Bottom Hole Assemblies (BHA)




- Update well profile plots and provide directional survey data
- Assist in daily reports and relevant paperwork completion
- Inspect DD equipment and maintain accurate dimensional records

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum two years of field experience in Directional Drilling
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline preferred
- Class 5 non-GDL driver's license needed
- Basic computer skills and comprehension required
