Reporting to the VP, Global Organization Development with a dotted line to Sales Operations, this role is the link between learning strategy and commercial execution.
The Director partners with GCE leaders to set the strategic enablement agenda — what capabilities the sales organization needs and in what sequence — and leads a team to build and deliver it. While the team owns day-to-day execution, the Director is expected to stay close to the work and roll up their sleeves when it matters: facilitating high-visibility sessions, shaping critical curriculum, coaching senior sellers and managers directly, and stepping in to keep priority programs on track. Candidates must be equally credible in the executive planning conversation and in the room with sellers.
