Key responsibilities Lead the finance function across all entities in the group — accounting, AR, AP, payroll and reporting Own the monthly, quarterly and annual close, consolidation and financial statement preparation Build budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow projections, and report variances to the executive team Deliver margin and gross‑profit analytics by lane, customer and salesperson to drive commercial decisions Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, treasury and multi‑currency (CAD/USD) exposure Design and enforce internal controls, approval frameworks and finance policy
