As Executive
Director, you will report to the Vice-President of Human Resources, implementing strategic compensation initiatives while maintaining team-oriented relationships with unions and member organizations. Your leadership will drive compliance and continuous improvement within the classification services landscape. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute compensation strategies aligned with HEABC’s vision
- Build collaborative partnerships across the healthcare sector
- Administer governance of compensation classification plans
- Enhance services for evolving member organization needs
- Lead strategic initiatives to modernize compensation practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 10-15 years in compensation management
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
- Ability to resolve conflicts and influence decisions
- Effective problem-solving skills in dynamic settings
