A Canadian HR service provider is seeking a Director for its QC Office to oversee recruitment, manage labor relations, and develop employee engagement programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in a generalist role, preferably in a unionized workplace. Bilingualism in French and English is essential, along with strong organizational and supervisory skills.
This position is onsite in Montreal with a salary range of CAD 110,000 to 125,000.
