As the Manager of Franchise Development at MTY Group, you will be a key driver in growing our restaurant brands through strategic franchising initiatives across Central Canada. Based out of our Richmond Hill office, you will oversee the entire franchise sales process—from lead generation to successful onboarding—across one or more MTY Group brands.

Manage and update lead flow in the SAP CRM system, ensuring timely and accurate data entry. Collaborate with the real estate team or external consultants to secure approved sites for franchise locations.





Identify qualified candidates for both corporate and franchise‑owned stores as needed. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of MTY Group brands, financial data, and market trends. Prepare and update performance reports (target vs.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or equivalent experience in business sales. Proven success in franchise sales, ideally within the food service sector and established franchise systems. Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills, with exceptional communication abilities (verbal and written).

Skilled in project management and highly detail oriented. Willingness to travel across Canada for multi‑day trips and attend weekend events. Flexible availability for occasional evening and weekend meetings with candidates.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
