Hold a university degree in an appropriate field of specialization (engineering, administration or other); a graduate degree will be considered an asset.

Have good knowledge of the following software: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Have ten (10) years of relevant experience in the field, including two (2) years in a supervisory role. Knowledge of the Baie-James territory would be an asset.

Its mission is to promote, from a sustainable development perspective, economic development, the development and exploitation of natural resources — other than hydroelectric resources under Hydro-Québec's mandate — in the Baie-James territory. It may notably initiate, support and participate in projects aimed at these goals.
