Insight Global is seeking a Dispatcher to support the world’s largest industrial auctioneering company and a trusted global marketplace for commercial assets and vehicles. This organization delivers insights, services, and transaction solutions that keep global commerce moving.

The Dispatcher plays a critical role in managing towing resources to ensure vehicle pickups and deliveries run efficiently and on schedule. This position directly impacts branch productivity and business growth by optimizing towing capacity, maintaining strong tower relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct daily towing operations to meet on-time performance goals
- Manage tow truck resources, assigning work efficiently to optimize tower productivity
- Plan future-day resource requirements and coordinate with towing partners to ensure adequate capacity
- Identify when demand exceeds available resources and engage part-time or supplemental towing networks as needed
- Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Recruit and onboard new towing partners to expand and strengthen the towing network




- Provide drivers with required documentation for each pickup and delivery, including check and cash handling when applicable
- Monitor work-in-progress and make real-time adjustments to maintain timely performance
- Identify, troubleshoot, and elevate transportation issues or concerns to management
- Build strong working relationships with the IAA Transportation team
- Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with all tow drivers
- Review and analyze transportation reports, including time performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, company policies, and operational procedures

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or fleet coordination preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-service mindset with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in using dispatching systems and transportation reporting tools (preferred)
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
