We’re looking for a Data Clerk to play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring accurate and timely entry of critical information into our core computer systems. In this role, you’ll support essential Distribution Centre functions, including the Data Centre, Receiving/Shipping, and DC Supplies, contributing directly to the efficiency of our day‑to‑day workflow.

Create and maintain system logs, reports, tickets, labels, and required management spreadsheets, ensuring proper distribution.

Perform routine preventative maintenance on Data Centre equipment and support cross‑functional activities as needed Minimum OSSD Grade 12 (or equivalent) and 1+ year of data entry experience. Strong administrative, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to problem‑solve effectively. Accurate and efficient keyboarding skills (including SCAN data entry) and proficiency in MS Excel and Word.

Knowledge of Data Centre and Receiving operations within Distribution Services is an asset.

Shift Information : Shift C- Monday- Thursday - 4:00PM to 2:30 AM Candidates aged 18 and over will be required to undergo a criminal record check as part of the hiring process.
