Evaluate program effectiveness using performance metrics and continuously improve training content, delivery methods, and learning outcomes. Oversee training governance, resources, schedules, and materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with operational requirements. Partner with Operations, HR, Learning &

• Development, and cross‑functional teams to align training programs with business objectives and operational priorities. Support onboarding, organizational change, process improvements, system implementations, and operational readiness initiatives through effective training solutions. Provide recommendations on training priorities, delivery strategies, and resource requirements based on business needs and performance insights.



Build strong relationships across the organization to drive successful adoption and sustainability of training programs. Lead, coach, and develop a team of trainers responsible for delivering high‑quality learning experiences across the Distribution Services network. Set team priorities, allocate resources, and oversee training delivery to ensure operational needs and timelines are met. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development planning to strengthen team capability, performance and succession readiness. Support the recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of a high‑performing training team. 3‑5 years of experience in Distribution Services, Supply Chain, Operations, Learning &

• Development, or a related field, with 3+ years of progressive training and development experience, including people leadership. ~ Post‑secondary education in Adult Learning, Communications, Business, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Adult Learning certification is an asset. ~ Proven experience leading teams, setting priorities, managing performance, developing talent, and providing coaching, guidance, and feedback. ~ Strong facilitation, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and build relationships across all levels of the organization. ~ Highly organized and self‑motivated, with strong project management skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
