We are currently seeking a Full-Time General Sports Sales Division Manager.

As Division

Manager you are the Directly Responsible for the profitable operation of your entire Division, with a primary focus on leading a high performing Team and ensuring Customer Service and Store Presentation are industry leading. You work closely with a Divisional Leadership Team that will drive sales and gross profit results, with a keen eye on industry trends. You work closely with the other Division Leaders to ensure success and consistency store wide. Passionate about Sports and have great understanding & knowledge of Baseball/Softball, Volleyball, Football, Soccer, Curling, Racquet Sports, Rugby and Wrestling Loves to serve/host customers above and beyond expectation creating amazing memories Someone with experience in merchandising and has a keen eye for effective presentation, both instore and online Has empathy for customer’s dissatisfaction and can reach a mutually beneficial resolution Seeks opportunities to build long-term relationships with customers Is self-motivated to manage their task/workload and to increase their knowledge and skills Detailed orientated to manage day-to-day operations, while having a futuristic and entrepreneurial mind to develop future business Delivering above and beyond Customer Service Develops and leads a high performing team from the sales floor Delivers annual performance reviews on a timely basis Responsible for the training, development and coaching of Divisional Team Members Ensures United Sport &
