Here’s a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you’ll be able to do:
- Translate business and technical needs into document architecture solutions
- Design information architecture, including document structures, collation plans, taxonomies and metadata models
- Produce the target architecture documentation as well as document governance mechanisms
- Define and enforce content security, privacy, and compliance policies
- Configure Microsoft Purview, including sensitivity labels, retention policies, and rating rules
- Migrate document content to SharePoint Online according to the target architecture
- Develop Microsoft 365 scripts to automate and industrialize document migrations
- Generate migration reports and quality indicators
- Implement integrations between SharePoint Online and business systems
- Document application flows, data exchanges, and automation processes
- Leverage Azure AI services or equivalent technologies for automatic classification, content extraction, and metadata enrichment
- Ensure knowledge transfer to IT and business teams
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a certificate in archival science or information management, or a master's degree in information science
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role,
including implementing a document management system and migrating to collaborative environments
- Be proficient in SharePoint Online, including libraries, metadata, security, and automation
- Be familiar with Microsoft Purview, including privacy labels, retention policies, content ratings, and compliance
- Have expertise in Azure in an integration and automation context
- Experience in designing and executing large‑scale document migrations
- Be able to inventory and analyze existing content, define transformation rules, and automate migrations using Microsoft 365 scripts
- Ensure the quality and traceability of migrated data
- Master application interfaces (APIs), data transformation and exchange, orchestration of application flows as well as security and access management mechanisms
- Experience in a hybrid workplace (cloud and on‑premise)
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of information governance principles, including document lifecycle, metadata management, and controls and audits
- Be able to translate legal and normative requirements into technical solutions, particularly in terms of the protection of personal information, the conservation and disposition of documents, as well as access and usage control
