Role Description This full-time / part-time, in office Door to Door Salesperson role is based in Toronto, ON. The Door to Door Salesperson is responsible for prospecting residential neighborhoods, introducing homeowners to Old2New Home Renovations’ services, and generating qualified leads and sales. Daily activities include engaging potential customers at their homes, explaining service offerings, answering questions, and conducting basic needs assessments to recommend suitable renovation solutions.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records of outreach and follow-ups, coordinating appointments for estimators or project consultants, and meeting individual and team sales targets.



The Door to Door Salesperson collaborates with the operations and customer service teams to ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to project planning.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear, professional verbal interaction and active listening.
- Demonstrated Sales experience, with the ability to prospect, present, and close opportunities.
- Background in Sales Management or leadership is an asset, including coaching and performance tracking.
- Experience in Training others on sales techniques or product knowledge is beneficial.
- Exposure to the Beauty Industry or other customer-facing service industries is an asset for understanding client service expectations.
- Ability to work outdoors and walk for extended periods while engaging with homeowners door to door.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of home renovations or willingness to learn service offerings in detail.
- Reliable transportation to travel within assigned neighborhoods in Toronto, ON.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or related fields is an asset.
