- Oversee civil engineering team managing drainage projects
- Drive functional and detailed design for construction documents
- Manage construction phases of municipal drainage initiatives
- Cultivate current business and client relationships
- Guide junior engineers through mentorship and training
Requirements:
- Degree in civil engineering; eligible for Ontario license
- Minimum five years' experience in municipal drainage
- Demonstrated project leadership and business development
- Skilled in hydrologic and hydraulic analysis
- Familiar with AutoCAD, knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus
