Toronto

At Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE), we exist to deliver the ultimate fan experience by lifting trophies, spirits, and communities – united as one. We are a team of passionate people, boldly building the future of sport and entertainment, together. From the ice to the pitch, the hardwood to the digital arena, we’re proud to be the driving force behind the Toronto Maple Leafs (NHL), the Toronto Raptors (NBA), Toronto FC (MLS), Toronto Argonauts (CFL) and development teams with the Toronto Marlies (AHL), Raptors 905 (NBA G League), Toronto FC II (MLS NEXT Pro League) and Raptors Uprising Gaming Club, the Toronto Raptors Esports franchise in the NBA 2K League.

We bring these teams – and world-class entertainment – to life at our iconic venues, including Scotiabank Arena, BMO Field, Coca-Cola Coliseum, Ford Performance Centre, BMO Training Ground, and OVO Athletic Centre. Off the field, we serve up elevated dining at e11even, Real Sports, and our signature club spaces like Hot Stove Club, ScotiaClub, and Platinum Club. Through MLSE Foundation and MLSE LaunchPad, we use the power of sport to help youth facing barriers reach their full potential.

Since 2009, we’ve invested more than $45 million into Ontario communities -- and we’re just getting started. The 50|50 Staff Supervisor is responsible for leading, developing, and supporting MLSE's part-time 50|50 event staff to deliver an exceptional fan experience while maximizing revenue. This role oversees staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance management for 50|50 Ambassadors and Team Leads, fostering a positive, high-performing culture across all events.

The 50|50 Staff Supervisor maintains a robust on-site presence, ensuring staff are engaged, well-trained, and equipped to execute at the highest level while proactively identifying staffing needs and opportunities for continuous improvement. Serve as the cultural leader for the 50|50 program, setting the tone for a high-energy, positive, and accountable team environment while maintaining a strong and visible presence at events. Lead 50|50 Ambassador performance management by providing individualized coaching, delivering regular training sessions, and creating development plans that improve sales performance, fan engagement, and customer service.

Own workforce planning by assessing roster capacity, identifying hiring needs, and making recommendations regarding recruitment to maintain a high-performing team. Plan and lead team-building initiatives and recognition programs that strengthen collaboration, reinforce MLSE's values, and foster an inclusive, motivated workplace. Strong people leadership skills with experience coaching, mentoring, or supervising frontline teams.

Excellent organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage staffing across a high-volume event calendar. Proven ability to motivate teams and create an engaging, performance-driven culture.

Experience in sales, customer service, event operations, or sports and entertainment is considered an asset. Comfortable analyzing individual and team performance to identify coaching opportunities and improve results. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support live events.

Strong 50|50 Ambassador performance and development, demonstrated through effective coaching, improved sales results, and continuous growth of individual team members. Consistent event execution supported by a well-trained and appropriately staffed team, with proactive identification of hiring needs and performance opportunities. Visible and effective leadership on-site, creating an environment where 50|50 Ambassadors are energized, confident, and equipped to maximize fan engagement and revenue.

Successful onboarding, training, and retention of part-time staff, building a reliable roster of ambassadors who represent MLSE’s values and community impact.
