Kitchener Ford is currently seeking a Shuttle Driver to join our team of front-line customer service professionals. Reporting to the Sales Managers, this position is responsible for ensuring that our customers receive timely, friendly and efficient pick up and drop off. Operating the shuttle vehicle in a safe and cautious fashion to maintain a clean driving record Passion for delivering a consistently exceptional customer experience Impeccable follow-through and commitment to building and cultivating relationships Minimum High School Diploma Previous experience in a customer service Role Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills Training & Development – We believe in and are committed to training our people for success Kitchener Ford is an equal prospect employer which values diversity in the workplace.
