Under the direction of the Station Manager, the Duty Manager is responsible for efficiently and profitably managing and directing ramp activities, providing a safe, high-quality product across a range of ground handling services to its customers.

Productive Resource

Planning (manpower, equipment) and managing scheduling. Maintain and improve customer and company safety and quality standards. Maintain good relations with customers and airport authorities. Manage and control all staff assignments.

Hold daily briefings with all levels of management. Accurately perform general payroll updates such as wage adjustments, vacation, banked time, monetary adjustments, etc...



Maintain, monitor, and report on agreed key performance indicators (KPI's) Ensure workforce adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsible for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities at the station, intending to reduce employee injuries, aircraft, and equipment damage Minimum 3 years of pertinent experience in the ground handling industry, ramp service. Relevant experience in personnel management in a unionized environment.

Excellent

English communication, oral and written. Customer focus and quality awareness. Available and flexible to work various shifts (day, evening, night, weekend, and holidays) according to operational requirements.
