We're looking for candidates with a nursing diploma and at least 1-2 years in acute care, ideally with a background in hemodialysis. Demonstrating strong judgment and effective communication skills will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of care for hemodialysis patients
- Provide necessary education and follow-up with patients
- Actively participate in quality assurance projects
- Carry out mandatory RPN tasks as directed Requirements:
- Registered as a Practical Nurse in Ontario
- Minimum of 1-2 years in acute care
- Hemodialysis experience is a plus
- Robust assessment and critical thinking abilities
