Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
Robust experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and related architecture/design practices
Experience with Azure services, including:
- Service Bus
- Logic Apps
Experience with Copilot Studio
Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD and C#.NET
Experience working in iterative and Agile development environments
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
