Our client is seeking a results-driven E-commerce Performance Marketing Specialist to join their team in Kimberley . This role is focused on developing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels to drive profitable growth for the company's e-commerce operations. You will be responsible for maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) through data analysis, A/B testing, and continuous campaign refinement.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to achieve measurable results in performance marketing. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad creative development to improve campaign performance and targeting for the e-commerce sector.

Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), and implement data-driven adjustments to achieve target KPIs. Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across different campaigns and platforms to ensure optimal spend and ROI.



Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continuously improve conversion rates.

Provide regular performance reports and insights to the marketing team, highlighting key findings and recommendations for future strategies. Proven experience in performance marketing , specifically managing paid campaigns for e-commerce businesses. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major digital advertising platforms.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.

Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques. Excellent understanding of the e-commerce customer journey and conversion funnels.
