Shape early childhood education practices as the Learning Strategies Manager at Centres for Early Learning. You will report to the Senior Operations Director and be responsible for promoting best practices in early intervention and positive guidance for children’s wide-ranging needs.

Your role includes coaching staff, developing effective support tools, and ensuring quality implementation of strategies aligned with current pedagogical standards.

Key skills include behavior support, collaboration with families, and capacity building among educators. Lead the Learning Strategies team in project planning
