BDC's Economic Research team seeks a curious and driven Economist with a Master’s degree in Economics and five years of research experience.

You will analyze economic trends, partner with business units, and communicate findings to influence decisions. This role emphasizes teamwork, agile methodologies, and leveraging data for impactful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead research on economic and entrepreneurial topics
- Monitor trends in business financing and investment decisions
- Prepare analyses on economic indicators and industry developments
- Partner with teams to deliver high-value insights
- Communicate findings through reports and presentations

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Economics
- Minimum five years of economic research experience
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, or similar
- Bilingual in English and French
