The Educational

Assistant will work closely with students facing physical, intellectual, and behavioral challenges. You will play an integral part of the school team, ensuring that each student's unique talents are fostered and encouraged. This position requires a commitment of 33.83 hours per week, with schedules determined by the Principal. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide academic support to students with special needs
- Assist with physical and emotional challenges in learning
- Collaborate as a team member in educational settings




- Foster student independence and unique talents
- Implement Behaviour Management Systems when necessary

Requirements:

- 2-3 years experience with Special Needs students
- College Diploma or University Degree in a related field
- Relevant training in Behaviour Management Systems
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with children
- Commitment to equity and anti-racism principles
