Reporting to the Ontario Autism Program Supervisor, this role entails collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop engaging, group-based programs using ABA instructional approaches.

You will support individual child development within a framework that reflects familiar kindergarten routines, thereby enhancing children's transition to school. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate group learning for children with ASD through collaboration
- Establish and manage daily routines for activities and cleanliness




- Partner with Behavior Consultants for tailored intervention strategies
- Complete assessments and document key child interactions
- Aid in planning for transitions to school environments

Requirements:

- Early Childhood Education Diploma and ECE registration
- Experience with children diagnosed with Autism
- Knowledge of developmental screening tools and appropriate programming
- Robust communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle
