Cold Lake First Nations is seeking an Elder Wellness Worker to provide culturally grounded, relationship-based support to Elders within the community. This role focuses on elder wellbeing, independence, connection to community and culture, and access to services.
The successful candidate will build trusting relationships, conduct wellness checks and home visits, assist Elders in navigating health, housing, transportation, social, cultural, and other supports, and work with families and partners
