To support its growth and expansion, SSM is looking to add an Electrical Assembler to the Production team. This is a Day Shift Position from 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday Assist in the installation of electrical components into HVAC units by: Mount electrical components, route cables, and wire termination of components. Review electrical drawings, cut sheets, and termination sheets to ensure all electrical connections are secure and correctly installed.

Employee is responsible to understand and follow all Company Policies and Rules. Must be willing to work in other areas of our facility as required.

Must be able work OT on weekdays and weekends when required. Previous experience in manufacturing workplace an asset Must be able to communicate effectively with Co-Workers, Team Leads, Supervisors, Engineering, Quality and Health & Safety. General understanding of engineering and sheet metal principles.

Capacity to learn and follow electrical drawings, wiring schematics and bill of materials Experience bending and install rigid and EMT pipe as well as calculating pipe fill and wire size is an asset.

Experience prepping and installing lights as well as pulling and terminating wire. Understanding of engineering and electrical principles.
