We're seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead a unionized maintenance team in a rapid-paced industrial manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll provide daily leadership to skilled trades personnel and maintenance contractors, ensuring maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal impact on production. You'll coordinate preventative and routine maintenance, partner closely with operations and planning teams, and help maximize equipment reliability while reducing downtime and maintenance costs.

Success in this position requires a hands‑on leader who can coach and mentor employees, prioritize competing demands, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You'll play a key role in promoting safety, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and driving performance across the maintenance organization.
