Electro‑Mechanical Technician – Evening shift, Full Time, Operations – Montreal, QC, CA FTAI Aviation Ltd. (FTAI) owns and maintains commercial jet engines with a focus on CFM56 and V2500 engines. FTAI’s proprietary portfolio of products, including the Module Factory and a joint‑venture to manufacture engine PMA, enables it to provide cost savings and flexibility to our airline, lessor, and maintenance, repair, and operations customers. Additionally, FTAI owns and leases jet aircraft, which often facilitates the acquisition of engines at attractive prices.
FTAI invests in aviation assets and aerospace products that generate solid and stable cash flows with the potential for earnings growth and asset appreciation. FTAI operates globally with offices in New York, Miami, Montréal, Singapore, Dubai, United Kingdom, and Ireland. Executes preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance tasks on machinery, Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment, and facilities according to written or verbal instructions.
Participates in troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical equipment. Has completed recognized training or has equivalent experience in the trade. Is a holder of electrical certificate license (CE; Has Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming and troubleshooting skills.
Is able to use appropriate tools, methods, techniques, and equipment necessary to perform a variety of maintenance and select calibration tasks.
Possesses sufficient knowledge of materials, specifications, and blueprint reading to accomplish assigned tasks. Shall create detailed records of executed tasks in manual or electronic form.

Requirements in Quebec Intermediate level knowledge of English is necessary for aeronautical personnel to meet regulatory requirements, understand technical procedures and instructions, and document entries regarding work performed on the aeronautical product for customers outside Quebec. #
