POSITION: ELECTROMECHANIC OR INDUSTRIAL MECHANIC We are currently seeking an Electromechanic or Industrial Mechanic for the day shift. Reporting to the Production and Building Maintenance Director, the Electromechanic/Industrial Mechanic is responsible for: Inspect and maintain production equipment according to a scheduled maintenance program (cleaning, lubrication, adjustments). Replace defective parts to ensure proper equipment performance.

Participate in the installation and commissioning of recent equipment.



Be on call every other week for the evening shift from 3:45 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Maintain the building (HVAC filter replacement, etc.). Perform inspection rounds of utility systems (compressors, HVAC systems, pumps).

Maintain forklifts (asset). Perform welding work. Keep the mechanical workshop clean and organized. Vocational diploma (DEP) in Electromechanics or Industrial Mechanics. ~Practical welding experience. ~ Knowledge of a preventive maintenance program is an asset. ~ Forklift operator certification is an asset. ~ Important asset: English language proficiency to understand machinery‑related documentation.

Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week.
