Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the school's curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Utilize learning technology to enhance educational experiences
- Provide individualized support to students based on their learning needs
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal growth
Skills
- Strong understanding of childhood development theories and practices
- Experience in curriculum development and implementation
- Familiarity with private school educational settings
- Develop and deliver lessons that adhere to the Montessori curriculum, covering a range of subjects including mathematics, language, science, and cultural studies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
