Summit in Kelowna and Winnipeg is seeking an Employee Benefits Advisor who will own their pipeline, drive new opportunities with business owners and HR leaders, and move conversations into client wins with support from carriers and internal teammates.

You’ll design and present group perks solutions (health, dental, life, A&S;, wellness), manage relationships from first meeting through onboarding and renewals, and thrive in a fast‑moving, ownership‑driven culture with a flexible hybrid work
