Lead is responsible for executing high-quality technical service for both small and large sessions. Reporting to management, you will implement advanced audiovisual solutions while training and supervising fellow technicians. Your strong communication skills will be essential for building trust with clients and promoting teamwork. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure flawless setup and operation of audiovisual equipment
- Quickly troubleshoot technical difficulties during events
- Maintain effective communication with clients and team members
- Direct and mentor technical staff in office
- Manage equipment logistics and maintenance needs

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage
- 2+ years in technical operations
- Proven customer service experience
- Certification in Technical 1-Star required within 60 days
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
