Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to join a team responsible for delivering and supporting enterprise-scale Windows endpoint solutions. This role will focus on endpoint engineering, modern device management, automation, Windows platform modernization, cloud migration initiatives, and enterprise endpoint lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11, endpoint deployment technologies, PowerShell automation, and enterprise infrastructure services. The successful candidate will contribute to strategic engineering initiatives, provide advanced technical support, implement modern workplace solutions, and drive continuous improvement through automation and self-service capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support enterprise Windows endpoint solutions.
- Manage endpoint lifecycle activities including provisioning, deployment, configuration, patching, driver management, firmware updates, and hardware integration.
- Lead Windows 11 modernization and endpoint transformation initiatives.
- Administer and support Microsoft Intune and contemporary endpoint management solutions.
- Develop automation solutions and operational tooling using PowerShell.
- Support cloud migration projects, including migration of user data and workloads to Microsoft OneDrive for Business.
- Ensure endpoint solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and operational requirements.
- Provide Level 3 support for complex endpoint issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Troubleshoot endpoint issues using Event Viewer, Sysinternals tools, logs, and memory dump analysis.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security,



and support teams to deliver reliable endpoint services.
- Create and maintain technical designs, operational runbooks, implementation guides, and knowledge base documentation.
- Improve operational efficiency through automation and self-service capabilities.
- Ensure a high-quality end-user experience across enterprise desktop and laptop environments.

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Endpoint Engineering, End User Computing (EUC), Workspace Engineering, or Windows Platform Engineering.
- Deep expertise with:
- Windows 10
- Windows 11
- Windows Server 2019
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Intune
- Modern Endpoint Management
- Endpoint Configuration and Administration
- Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Experience with Operating System Deployment (OSD) and software deployment methodologies.
- Experience supporting enterprise cloud migration initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Active Directory
- Group Policy (GPO)
- DNS
- PKI / Certificate Services
- RADIUS
- Network Policy Server (NPS)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills within enterprise Windows environments.
- Experience managing enterprise desktop and laptop hardware, drivers, firmware, and BIOS updates.
- Ability to create technical and operational documentation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with:
- Windows Autopilot
- Windows 365
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM)
- Experience with large-scale Windows 11 deployment projects.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience using:
