Your role will involve the cutting-edge design and testing of power conversion equipment. This senior position will see you collaborating closely with firmware engineers and providing essential technical support for both new and existing products. You’ll define project requirements and ensure engineering designs comply with military standards. Your leadership will support team members and enhance product development. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and test power conversion solutions in the 100W to 100kW range
- Collaborate on firmware specifications and requirements
- Provide technical assistance in product development phases
- Generate bids and assist in reviewing customer specifications
- Create necessary engineering documentation and reports Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience
- At least seven years of design experience in manufacturing
- Must hold P. Eng. designation
- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills
