As Engineering

Lead, you will report to the Area Manager - Mine, leveraging your experience to oversee the ventilation scope and ensure the successful implementation of Ventilation on Demand systems. You will also manage procurement processes and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:

- Approve detailed engineering deliverables from EPCM firms
- Manage procurement packages for ventilation systems
- Develop VOD control philosophy and specifications
- Coordinate commissioning activities for ventilation systems
- Mentor junior engineers and prepare operational documentation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, mining, or civil engineering
- 5 to 10 years of experience in ventilation engineering
- Robust knowledge of VOD systems and standards
- Experience with Ventsim or similar modeling tools
- Bilingual communication skills essential
